"HIBERNATION

Many warm-BlOODED ANIMALS need extra energy in order to stay warm in the cold winter months, but the source of that energy - food - is scarce in winter. some animals survive winter. by migrating to a warmer place: other, such as bats and unexposed place such as a nest, burrow,  or cave. In true hibernation, the body processes slow down almost to a standstill -the heartbeat, occurs only every now and then, and the lungs breatbeat very now and then,  and the lungs breathe very showly. Por motivo de saúde estive ausente por muito tempo, por eu gostar muito vou me adaptar para voltar. Monte Everest

  Maior elevação montanhosa do mundo, com 8. 848m.  Situado na Cordilheira do Himalaia, na Ásia Central, precisamente na região limítrofe entre o Napale o Tibete. Um cego no topo do mundo.

  O alpinista americano Erik Weilhenmeyer, cego desde os 13 anos devido a uma enfermidade ocular degenerativa, partiu para a sua aventura mais radical: escalar o pico do Everest, o mais alto do mundo com 8. 848 metros de altitude, no Nepal. Erik está acompanhado de outros doze alpinistas que caminham à sua frente e trazem pequenos sinos atados às suas jaquetas que o o ajudarão a seguir a seguir o trajeto correto da escalada. "Íris"
